To make your internet purchases easier, we now offer flat rate shipping of $7.95 per order for U.S./APO orders. International shipments require additional fees/postage--please contact us first!

REFUNDS & RETURNS

We will gladly refund your purchase upon the receipt of returned merchandise to our store. Because we feel our prices are competitive and at the lowest price available, we do not refund shipping expenses at any time. We will gladly make every other reasonable effort to exchange or replace items that are found to be broken upon arrival or HEAVEN FORBID we send the wrong thing! :) (That has never happened to us yet, but you know how sometimes you boast about something and JUST when you do...it comes back to haunt you? Well....we're not boasting. You never know...but we will certainly make every effort for it not to!) If it's broken, we will promptly ship out a new watchmacallit at no extra cost to you.
